Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, is sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. Santa Clara People Search does not retain those queries on its own servers. A direct message contains only the details the sender chooses to provide, and we use them to answer the inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps us maintain the service and understand which Santa Clara resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use the Data
The limited data above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services

Visitors Under Age 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted personal information so it can be deleted.

The California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act framework may provide rights to know about, correct, or delete personal data, and to limit certain uses. Because we retain very little, a request normally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Submit a request through the Contact page. Government records kept by the City of Santa Clara, Santa Clara County, a court, or a California agency remain under that custodian's control, so correction or access requests for those files must go to the keeper.
